Lenny Dykstra’s Patek Philipe Watch

Another one bites the dust…

It seems that former pro athletes just don’t know how to manage their millions after retirement.  It seems that Lenny Dykstra (Former NY Met) is one of those people.

Believe it or not, Jim Cramer called him an ‘investing legend.’  Boy was he wrong.  The sale of Lenny’s Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Reference 5036 watch follows the sale of his 1986 World Series ring to pay off his debts.  The Patek 5036 should bring in around $28,000-$35,000.

Talk about hitting the bottom.   What else do you expect from a former Met?  (cue the snare drum)
